Looks better now with the edges smooth but the hand is moving too slow, speeding it up a bit and maybe moving the character a bit would make it much better.

Well, it's good but i have a question and that's, what program do you draw this in? it looks like it was made in Microsoft Paint or something like that and it's ruining the whole art by making the edges not smooth. I recommend using Photoshop as it's the best choice.

i used clip studio paint. I tried drawing with my tablet and clip studio paint for the first time since i'm normally used to drawing with a mouse and medibang paint pro. I don't have the money for photoshop lol.
